Foreword

Dwight L. Moody lays before us the ten commandments as being one test of our standing before God. After considering these he asks “Are we keeping them?” and “Do we keep the law, the whole law?” Scripture answers for us in Romans 3:23 “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” Moving away from the broken commandments Moody brings us to the only place where the hand writing of the law is blotted out. Only in Jesus are we declared righteous and only in Him can we be safe in the Balances of God.
